Self-dumping container FCMU1250L

FCMU1250L containers with a volume of 1250l, intended for operation with forklifts.

They are made of 2 mm thick sheet metal in the tank part and 4 mm in the base. The construction is welded on both sides, which gives it strength and tightness. The containers are equipped with a safety system that prevents the container from tilting during transportation.

The main advantages of the container are the unloading of the contents at an angle of 90° and its low height. The container unloading system is in the form of a lever. If you want to unlock the mechanism, you can unlock it from a small height by hand or with a steel cable, which will allow you to empty the container without getting out of the vehicle.

Tanks are thoroughly cleaned and degreased before painting. They are then coated with an anti-corrosion primer and polyurethane paint in a semi-matte finish. This coating provides protection against weather and rust when containers are used outdoors, and also facilitates cleaning due to the smooth surface.
