Mobile ramp - a special facility that allows the truck to load and unload trucks and rail cars when entering from ground level. The mobile ramp acts as a movable bridge and adjusts by height. Thanks to its hydraulic system, the ramp acts as a binding link between ground level and truck platform/wagon floor.

How does the mobile ramp work?    

The mobile ramp (mobile estacade) travels easily around the warehouse area and outdoors with the help of a pair of wheels. It requires only one person (forklift driver) to prepare it, which hydraulically installs the ramp height to connect the machine to the truck. He then presses the lever and lowers the pressure in the ramp's hydrosystem -- it lies firmly on the edge of the dump body. By means of chains and parking brakes (supplied with ramp), the ramp shall be fixed to the truck. It all takes up to 5 minutes. The ramp is ready for use and the truck can drive straight through it into the truck's dump body.
